Returns & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the following terms and conditions.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to request a return within 10 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed;

  • Be free from stains, odors, signs of wear, or damage;

  • Have the hygiene seal (if applicable) intact;

  • Be returned with the original tags attached and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact our Customer Service team and provide:

  • Your order number;

  • Your full name;

  • The reason for the return.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive detailed return shipping instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If the returned item does not meet our return requirements, the refund may be refused and the item will be sent back to the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the product and its packaging.

In such cases, we will, at no additional cost, either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products;

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer;

  • Items returned after the applicable return period has expired.
